Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A scandanavian pantry by Nico Jungmann was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in January 2009. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 703.54) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nico Jungmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of an elegant lady, full-length in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,694.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A scandanavian pantry von Nico Jungmann wurde im Januar 2009 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 625,00 (€ 703,54) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nico Jungmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of an elegant lady, full-length im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 28.800,00 (€ 42.694,97).
