Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Nick van Woert was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in London in April 2015. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,866.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nick van Woert - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hollow Core, which sold at auction in March 2015 for USD 27,500.00 (€ 25,602.83).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nick van Woert wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 6.866,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nick van Woert mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Hollow Core beobachtet, die im März 2015 für USD 27.500,00 (€ 25.602,83) versteigert wurde.
