This work without title by Nguyen Trung was sold in the 20th and 21st Century Art Morning Session auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 150,000.00 (€ 15,856.16), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nguyen Trung - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ladies in the Peach Garden, which sold at auction in May 2016 for HKD 500,000.00 (€ 57,790.75).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nguyen Trung wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion 20th and 21st Century Art Morning Session bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 15.856,16) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Nguyen Trung mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ladies in the Peach Garden beobachtet, die im Mai 2016 für HKD 500.000,00 (€ 57.790,75) versteigert wurde.
