The work Portrait of a Young Girl by Nguyen Nam Son was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 46,934.69), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nguyen Nam Son - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nude, which sold at auction in July 2020 for HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 150,649.74).

Die Arbeit Portrait of a Young Girl von Nguyen Nam Son kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 46.934,69) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von Nguyen Nam Son mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nude beobachtet, die im Juli 2020 für HKD 1.375.000,00 (€ 150.649,74) versteigert wurde.
