This artwork by Neil Welliver achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in January 2013. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work without title sold for USD 1,750.00 (€ 1,288.28) - well above the upper estimate of USD 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Neil Welliver achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Anonymous Freshet in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 53,125.00 (€ 49,460.01).

In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 1.750,00 (€ 1.288,28) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Neil Welliver erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Anonymous Freshet im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 53.125,00 (€ 49.460,01).
