Firestone auction, the work Lambourn sold for USD 6,930.00 (€ 5,913.98) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Neil Cawthorne; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Full Cry sold at auction in November 2000 with the realized price of GBP 4,465.00 (€ 7,297.87).
