Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Long Heart by Navin Rawanchaikul was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,883.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Navin Rawanchaikul have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work There Is No Voice #6 in March 2016 with an auction result of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 25,463.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Long Heart von Navin Rawanchaikul kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.883,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Navin Rawanchaikul auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit There Is No Voice #6 im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 25.463,13).
