Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Nathan Zeidman achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in April last year. In the New Now auction, the work Some Birds Fly Fly Fly Away sold for GBP 13,860.00 (€ 16,527.56) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Nathan Zeidman; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled (Diver #2) sold at auction in December 2021 with the realized price of USD 21,250.00 (€ 18,775.40).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Nathan Zeidman erzielte im April letzten Jahres bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion New Now wurde die Arbeit Some Birds Fly Fly Fly Away für GBP 13.860,00 (€ 16.527,56) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Nathan Zeidman; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled (Diver #2) im Dezember 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 18.775,40).
