Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work SS 14-78 by Nassos Daphnis for USD 765.00 (€ 721.56). This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Multiples | Live OnlineAbstractions at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nassos Daphnis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 20-60 in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 48,750.00 (€ 57,130.19).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit SS 14-78 von Nassos Daphnis für USD 765,00 (€ 721,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Multiples | Live OnlineAbstractions bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nassos Daphnis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 20-60 im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.750,00 (€ 57.130,19).
