Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Another Mountain), Steingletscher, Bern by Naoya Hatakeyama was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in October 2021. The price achieved of USD 6,930.00 (€ 5,998.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Naoya Hatakeyama have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Tokyo) in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 65,000.00 (€ 59,660.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Another Mountain), Steingletscher, Bern von Naoya Hatakeyama wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.930,00 (€ 5.998,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Naoya Hatakeyama auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Tokyo) im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 65.000,00 (€ 59.660,39).
