Admittedly, works by Nandalal Bose have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bull Fighter in September 2013 with an auction result of USD 147,750.00 (€ 109,161.43).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Sesh Kheya- The Day'S End) von Nandalal Bose kam im März 2020 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 18.134,01) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nandalal Bose auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bull Fighter im September 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 147.750,00 (€ 109.161,43).
