Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life With Apples. by Nadia Benois was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,600.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nadia Benois - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dieppe, which sold at auction in December 2006 for GBP 2,280.00 (€ 3,383.81).

Die Arbeit Still Life With Apples. von Nadia Benois kam im Mai 2014 bei Bukowski in Helsinki zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.600,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Nadia Benois mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dieppe beobachtet, die im Dezember 2006 für GBP 2.280,00 (€ 3.383,81) versteigert wurde.
