Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Old Bosham, Sussex by Nadia Benois for GBP 325.00 (€ 365.84). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Nadia Benois have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dieppe in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 2,280.00 (€ 3,383.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Old Bosham, Sussex von Nadia Benois für GBP 325,00 (€ 365,84) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 400,00 – 600,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nadia Benois auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dieppe im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.280,00 (€ 3.383,81).
