The result of USD 50,000.00 (€ 44,157.91) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nabil Nahas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 197,107.06).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Red Sea #4) von Nabil Nahas kam im November 2018 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 44.157,91) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nabil Nahas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 197.107,06).
