This artwork by Nabil Nahas achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in November this year. In the Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art auction, the work without title sold for GBP 32,760.00 (€ 37,961.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nabil Nahas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 197,107.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nabil Nahas erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 32.760,00 (€ 37.961,72) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nabil Nahas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 197.107,06).
