This work without title by Murat Pulat was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish Art Part I auction at Christies in Dubai in October 2012. The »bidding war« ended at USD 35,000.00 (€ 27,010.34), 17% above the upper estimate. Other works by Murat Pulat have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 56,250.00 (€ 42,520.22) in April 2012 for the work Marilyn Monroe (from the Interface series).
