Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poles in Galicia by Mstislav Dobuzhinsky was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 4,788.00 (€ 5,621.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mstislav Dobuzhinsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boats On The Neva in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 92,500.00 (€ 115,574.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Poles in Galicia von Mstislav Dobuzhinsky wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.788,00 (€ 5.621,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mstislav Dobuzhinsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boats On The Neva im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 92.500,00 (€ 115.574,32).
