Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled by Mrinalini Mukherjee was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,812.61). Admittedly, works by Mrinalini Mukherjee have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sri (Deity) in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 98,500.00 (€ 125,770.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled von Mrinalini Mukherjee kam im März 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.812,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mrinalini Mukherjee auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sri (Deity) im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 98.500,00 (€ 125.770,27).
