Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Datsu - Released by Morita Shiryū was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 19,260.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Morita Shiryū achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work So - Wilderness in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,740,000.00 (€ 301,569.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Datsu - Released von Morita Shiryū kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 19.260,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Morita Shiryū erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit So - Wilderness im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.740.000,00 (€ 301.569,37).
