Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2001 Christies in New York held the auction Contemporary (Day Sale), which included the work Grass Stains by Monique Prieto. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,450.00 (€ 18,363.47). Other works by Monique Prieto have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 25,850.00 (€ 29,733.15) in November 2000 for the work Pedestrian.
