Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Mohamed Hamidi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art including On The Banks of the NileA Journey Through Egyptian Art auction at Bonhams in London in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 10,200.00 (€ 11,999.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mohamed Hamidi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, 1962, which sold at auction in November this year for MAD 341,120.00 (€ 31,241.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mohamed Hamidi wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art including On The Banks of the NileA Journey Through Egyptian Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert.
