Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Mitsuhiro Ikeda was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2021. The price achieved of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 15,417.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mitsuhiro Ikeda - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of Place - Croatia No.1, which sold at auction in April this year for HKD 60,000.00 (€ 61,271.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mitsuhiro Ikeda wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 15.417,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Mitsuhiro Ikeda mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait of Place - Croatia No.1 beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für HKD 60.000,00 (€ 61.271,74) versteigert wurde.
