The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mischa Kuball - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Altes Licht/Supernova I, which sold at auction in June 2015 for EUR 5,206.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit „Gegenlicht (weiss)“ / „Gegenlicht (rot)“ / „Gegenlicht (blau)“. von Mischa Kuball kam im Mai 2021 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mischa Kuball mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Altes Licht/Supernova I beobachtet, die im Juni 2015 für EUR 5.206,00 versteigert wurde.
