Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.200,00 (€ 3.218,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mirko Basaldella auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allegoria della settimana (bangle), 1948-1950 im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.562,00 (€ 30.983,78).
