Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pendant Que Je by Min Jung Yeon was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,449.87) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Min Jung Yeon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Partir in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 39,992.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pendant Que Je von Min Jung Yeon kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.449,87) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Min Jung Yeon auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Partir im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 39.992,57).
