A top price for Michèle Battut - as previously expected
The work Six oeufs by Michèle Battut was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March last year. The price achieved of EUR 1,386.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Six oeufs is the most expensive artwork by Michèle Battut that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Six oeufs von Michèle Battut kam im März letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.386,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Six oeufs das teuerste Kunstwerk von Michèle Battut, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
