Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Melinda Harper was auctioned at Christies in Melbourne in April 2005. It changed hands for a price of AUD 9,560.00 (€ 5,797.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of AUD 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Melinda Harper have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2002 the work without title was auctioned for AUD 14,687.50 (€ 8,386.90).
