A top price for Max Yavno - as previously expected
The work Muscle Beach by Max Yavno was sold in the Photographs auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2012. The price achieved of USD 28,750.00 (€ 22,187.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Muscle Beach is the most expensive artwork by Max Yavno that we have observed at auctions so far.
