Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 8 (2 4/4), 1974 by Max Bill was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 384.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Bill achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rote Strahlung (Irradiazione Rossa) in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 321,000.00.

Die Arbeit 8 (2 4/4), 1974 von Max Bill kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 384,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden.
