Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2019 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art II, which included the work New York La Nuit - 1959 by Maurice Brianchon. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 12,350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maurice Brianchon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Digue de Saint-Jean-De-Luz in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 165,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2019 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art II durch, in der auch die Arbeit New York La Nuit - 1959 von Maurice Brianchon zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 12.350,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maurice Brianchon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Digue de Saint-Jean-De-Luz im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 165.600,00.
