Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Artcurial held the auction Photography, which included the work Dis 11 (Serie Disportraits), Milano, Trino, Italy – 2008 - 2009 by Matthias Schaller. It changed hands for a price of EUR 19,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Other works by Matthias Schaller have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2020 the work Dis Set, 2008-2009 was auctioned for EUR 25,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Photography durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dis 11 (Serie Disportraits), Milano, Trino, Italy – 2008 - 2009 von Matthias Schaller zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 19.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Matthias Schaller konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2020 die Arbeit Dis Set, 2008-2009 für EUR 25.000,00 versteigert.
