In October 2020 Phillips in an online auction held the auction 24/7: Online Auction, which included the work MOUSE AND FRIENDS by Matt Gondek. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 9,375.00 (€ 1,038.36), 56% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Matt Gondek achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aggression in March 2021 with an auction result of HKD 239,400.00 (€ 26,217.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 56 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion 24/7: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit MOUSE AND FRIENDS von Matt Gondek zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 9.375,00 (€ 1.038,36) und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Matt Gondek erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aggression im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 239.400,00 (€ 26.217,18).
