The work "Male Nude" by Mats Gustafson was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2019. It achieved a price of SEK 34,000.00 (€ 3,221.34), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 70%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Mats Gustafson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Rock (16)" sold at auction in April 2019 with the realized price of SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,320.33).

Die Arbeit "Male Nude" von Mats Gustafson wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 34.000,00 (€ 3.221,34) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Mats Gustafson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Rock (16)" im April 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.320,33).
