Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Mats Gustafson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work 'Untitled' changed hands for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,371.31) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Mats Gustafson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2019 by the work "Rock (16)" at SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,320.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mats Gustafson konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit 'Untitled' für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.371,31) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Mats Gustafson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im April 2019 die Arbeit "Rock (16)" mit SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.320,33).
