Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2020 POLY held the auction Poly Auction Hong Kong & Macau Joint Auctions, which included the work Movement of a Pendulum; & Momotaro Series by Shichinohe Masaru. It changed hands for a price of HKD 141,600.00 (€ 14,935.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Shichinohe Masaru have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Praying Girl(Painted In 2012) in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 826,000.00 (€ 94,318.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2020 führte POLY die Auktion Poly Auction Hong Kong & Macau Joint Auctions durch, in der auch die Arbeit Movement of a Pendulum; & Momotaro Series von Shichinohe Masaru zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 141.600,00 (€ 14.935,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shichinohe Masaru auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Praying Girl(Painted In 2012) im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 826.000,00 (€ 94.318,08).
