Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Martin Eder could be acquired at Christies in New York in December last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open | Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Everything That's Been Said and Done changed hands for USD 6,930.00 (€ 6,477.85) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martin Eder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work From a New World Towards the Next in September 2006 with an auction result of USD 198,000.00 (€ 156,065.26).
