In September 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Day Sale, which included the work To Be Titled (Additive Painting) by Mark Hagen. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,272.12), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Mark Hagen have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 43,750.00 (€ 34,645.23) in September 2014 for the work To be titled (Additive Painting #98).
