This artwork by Mark Gertler achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2021. In the Modern British Art Day Sale auction, the work Landscape Row Of Trees sold for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 24,963.28) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Gertler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Violinist in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 542,500.00 (€ 764,918.19).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Mark Gertler erzielte im März 2021 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern British Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Landscape Row Of Trees für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 24.963,28) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mark Gertler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Violinist im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 542.500,00 (€ 764.918,19).
