Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Al mare by Mario Tozzi was auctioned at Il Ponte in November this year. The auction ended at the price of EUR 7,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Tozzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il Pittore - 1931 in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 153,080.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Al mare von Mario Tozzi kam im November diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 7.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Tozzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il Pittore - 1931 im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 153.080,00.
