Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre, 2022 by Mário Macilau was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 2,624.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mário Macilau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cercle De Mémoires in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 19,500.00.

Die Arbeit Sans Titre, 2022 von Mário Macilau kam im November letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.624,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden.
