Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Marina Cruz was sold in the FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong auction at Christies in Hong Kong in March 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 12,782.18). Admittedly, works by Marina Cruz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blushed and Blemished in May last year with an auction result of HKD 630,000.00 (€ 74,794.52).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Marina Cruz wurde im März 2017 in der Auktion FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 12.782,18) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marina Cruz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Blushed and Blemished im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 630.000,00 (€ 74.794,52).
