Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of EUR 660.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mariano José Fortuny y Carbó achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Council House, Granada in October 2002 with an auction result of USD 273,500.00 (€ 276,793.85).
