This work without title by Maria Taniguchi was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 302,400.00 (€ 33,637.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Other works by Maria Taniguchi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 441,000.00 (€ 48,844.34) in October 2020 for the work without title.
