This work without title by Maria Taniguchi was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in July 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 437,500.00 (€ 47,934.01), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maria Taniguchi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in October 2020 with the realized price of HKD 441,000.00 (€ 48,844.34).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Maria Taniguchi kam im Juli 2020 bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 437.500,00 (€ 47.934,01) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maria Taniguchi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 441.000,00 (€ 48.844,34).
