In December 2015 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction CLASSIC SALE, which included the work "Smugglarnas hamn" (The smugglers harbor) by Marcus Larsson. The result of SEK 50,000.00 (€ 5,447.09) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marcus Larsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunset by the coast in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 270,000.00 (€ 29,414.31).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2015 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion CLASSIC SALE durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Smugglarnas hamn" (The smugglers harbor) von Marcus Larsson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 50.000,00 (€ 5.447,09) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marcus Larsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sunset by the coast im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 270.000,00 (€ 29.414,31).
