A top price for Marcus Brutus
The work Pannonica by Marcus Brutus was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 302,400.00 (€ 33,637.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 37%. With this result, Pannonica is even the most expensive work of art by Marcus Brutus that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Pannonica von Marcus Brutus wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 302.400,00 (€ 33.637,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Pannonica sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Marcus Brutus, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
