This work was executed in 1968, and was designed for the interior of the Armstrong building in New Haven, Connecticut, designed together with architect Robert Gatje.
Marcel Breuer designed a total of three unique elongated hexagonal tables, each measuring eight, ten and twelve feet in length respectively.
