In December 2012 Christies in Paris held the auction Pierre Berès à livre ouvert, which included the work Sans titre by Marc-Antoine Fehr. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 125.00 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marc-Antoine Fehr achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ruth à sa table, 1999 in May 2013 with an auction result of CHF 27,600.00 (€ 22,174.78).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2012 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Pierre Berès à livre ouvert durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Marc-Antoine Fehr zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 125,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marc-Antoine Fehr erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ruth à sa table, 1999 im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 27.600,00 (€ 22.174,78).
