It changed hands for a price of EUR 9,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Manuel Hernández Mompó have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mercado in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 60,000.00.
