The work Sans Titre, 1974 by Manuel Cargaleiro was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in June 2009. It achieved a price of EUR 2,040.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Manuel Cargaleiro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Medina, 1980 in March 2009 with an auction result of EUR 40,193.00.

Die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1974 von Manuel Cargaleiro wurde im Juni 2009 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.040,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Manuel Cargaleiro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Medina, 1980 im März 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.193,00.
